Every year, new people arrive at Del Mar High School. They can be students, admins, or even new teachers like Em Sweet.
Sweet moved from Canada a year ago and now works at Del Mar High School and Westmont High School.
Before the beginning of the school year, Sweet married her husband during the summer with her friend as the officiant.
Before becoming a Del Mar teacher, Sweet attended three different universities and colleges: York University, Centennial College, and Humber College.
While in school, she earned a Bachelor of Art in Education, a Studio of Art degree, and a Fitness and Health degree.
