Ana Paulina Resendiz, a Del Mar senior, took first place in track in every event she’s competed in and has played on the varsity girl’s soccer team for two years. In her free time, she likes to go out for walks and run. She finds inspiration in her grandma, who came to America having to raise five children on her own without knowing any English. Ana hopes to become more independent, live in an apartment, and stay up late at night when in college. She hopes to attend Sacramento State or the University of Nevada-Reno and study to become an ultrasound technician to assist doctors with answering questions in the field and to stay busy in the medical field.
