James McMinn a junior, ever since James was five years old, he’s dreamed of studying tornadoes and reporting on extreme weather. His passion for meteorology led him to join journalism, where he can practice storytelling, research, and reporting skills. Along with his dream of becoming a weather forecaster, James also enjoys documenting sports, capturing the excitement of the game through reporting and media. Outside of school, he loves playing ice hockey, which gives him both teamwork skills and the thrill of competition. Excited for what lies ahead, James feels invited into his upcoming life and is ready to chase his dream of combining science, sports, and communication to keep people safe, informed, and inspired.
