Joseph Tighe is a freshman at Del Mar High School. He is looking forward to being a photographer for the newly established Del Mar Dispatch. Joseph has prior experience in journalism from his middle school, the Campbell School of Innovation, where he wrote stories on conspiracy theories for the paper. Joseph was interested in the thought processes of the theories and shared it with others. His hobbies include coding for whatever he finds interesting at the moment. He’s been coding in Python and Java for three years and counting! On Del Mar’s cross country team, Joseph continues long-distance running, which he did in middle school. He hopes to attend Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and pursue a degree in AI Engineering.
